Update ENV_SUPATH and ENV_PATH to /bin:/local/bin in /etc/login.defs

Add "set root='ahci0,msdos2'" to GRUB instructions for SATA disks.
Potentially add instructions on how to know whether it's ahci or
something else with the command-line interface accessible with [c] key.
